Rolader Christmas 2013

Little Ethan is now 18 months old.  He has just started saying words like Mommy, Daddy, Kitty and I think Mickey (Mickey Mouse is his Favorite).  You have to have a lot of energy to keep up with this kid...he's quick and in to everything!

We hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas!

Ethan wasn't too thrilled with Santa

Here are the Christmas vacation pictures from Boone, NC.

The sink in the cabin was big enough for having a bath

The faces Ethan made while splashing were great!

Da was sweet enough to brave the cold in the morning to let Ethan
have a look from the porch.

Day 2 in the snow

Jimmy and Melinda pausing for a picture

Playing in the snow with Aunt Tonya

Sleds were not allowed at Sugar mountain...so we had to improvise.
Once Ethan sat down, he would try to scoot across the snow on his butt.

Uncle Jimmy offered his jacket to be used as a sled...
Unfortunately it was no substitute

Aunt Melinda grabbed one side and Daddy grabbed the other and pulled Ethan down the hill

While this was FUN, still no sled substitute

FINALLY someone loaned us a snowboard for a couple of passes down the hill.

I think Uncle Jimmy may have been having the most fun

Aunt Tonya, Uncle Jonathan and Cousin Hunter stopped for a picture with
Ethan before Jonathan headed out for duck hunting in Mississippi.

Aunt Melinda and Uncle Jimmy were the last to leave the Cabin

Ethan had a GREAT 2nd Christmas!  He had so much fun playing with all of his family!

One day back home and Ethan is already all over the furniture
